The Hice Family
Gerald Hice – Owner
Gerald entered the pool and spa business in 1993 when he became the service manager for the local pool store in Tullahoma. In 1996, Gerald became the owner and Hice’s Pool and Spa began. His extensive construction and sales background has allowed him to service his customers with the highest professional service available. The core company values of professional work at an affordable price have been the foundation that he has grown his company around. He is an accomplished guitarist and plays lead guitar for his local church. He and his wife are also evangelist’s and preach at different church’s across Tennessee. He has been married to his wife Benita, for 30 years and they have one son, Aaron.
Aaron Hice – Manager / Marketing
Aaron has served as the service manager for Hice’s Pool and Spa since 2012. He grew up in the family business and has learned the ins and outs of all the different roles. Along with overseeing all the service work, Aaron heads up the marketing department and works alongside the owner to evaluate the different business’s strategies. In 2012, he graduated from MTSU with a Business Administration degree with a focus in marketing. Along with being an avid sports fan, he plays the bass for his local church. He has been married to his wife, Ashley since August of 2015.
Benita Hice – Administration / Retail
Benita has served alongside her husband, Gerald since Hice’s Pool and Spa began in 1996. She handles all of the administration side of the business and helps run the local retail store. Her 20 years of experience in the pool and spa industry, allows her to knowledgeably assist customers with their questions and needs when they call or come into the store. She has a true servants heart and is always putting others first. Her cooking and baking skills is well known amongst her friends and family. She has been married to her husband, Gerald for 30 years and they have one son, Aaron.
Liddy Hice – Ambassador
Liddy has been part of Hice’s Pool and Spa since she was a puppy in 2012. From day one, her enthusiasm to greet customers has made her an irreplaceable part of the business. She loves to perform her tricks upon requests and to fetch her rope and ball. The lake and dog park is where you can find her on her days off. Currently, she still lives at home with her parents Aaron and Ashley.
